We have a vast collection of products that you can try before you buy.
These products may be brand new still in packaging or used.
Your rental allows you 1 week from receiving to determine if you are wanting to keep the product or return it.
If you decide to keep the product, you pay the amount of the product minus the hire charge.
If you decide to return the product, you are responsible for the postage and packing and we do ask it is sent tracked and signed or returned by person to our premises in Nantwich, Cheshire.
If the product is used and you wish to purchase a new one, we will cover the cost of the postage back to us and replace with a brand new product.
On return of the product, this will be checked over for any damage and your deposit will be returned to you once it is determined the product is re-rentable.
You will be responsible for any damage to the hired product and will be charged accordingly.
