Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver in stock items as soon as we can. We aim to dispatch within 2 -3 working days unless items are out of stock, personalised or made to order and you will be notified with an estimated delivery date. 

We use a variety of DPD local, DHL, Royal Mail and UPS to deliver your order, all of which are recorded and tracked - therefore delivery costs vary which will be given at the time of checkout. 

Shipping outside of Mainland

Orders made outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to income taxes custom duties dependent on the country. These are to be paid by the recipient. All orders will be recorded and trackable - varied delivery charges will be given at the time of checkout. 

Click and Collect 

Upon Checkout you will be given the option for click and collect. Items can be collected from Rookery Equine Emporium, Main Road, Nantwich, CW5 6DF. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
