Returns Policy
We do accept returns as we understand sometimes you may order the wrong item, you may need a different size or may not look as expected however we are to be notified within 14 days of your purchase and we must receive the item within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in perfect condition with all labels still attached in original packaging along with the returns form.
You must inform Rookery Equine Emporium that you would like to return your item via the contact us page and here we will be able to get in contact with you and send you a returns form. Once your returned goods have been received, within 14 days you will receive a refund via your original payment method.
You will be responsible to choose your method of return for your items and are responsible for the cost of returns, therefore we would recommended that you obtain a proof of postage until goods have been delivered. - exceptions for this occur if goods are faulty
Goods not accepted for returns
Items made to measure, personalised items, embroidered items, bits and leatherwork. All goods will be checked thoroughly before a refund or exchange can be made and if any product is no longer in re-saleable, perfect condition, it will be returned back to you.
Any items that have exceeded 14 days since receipt of purchase will not be accepted and returned back to you.
If the item arrives at Rookery Equine after 30 days of purchase, the item will be returned back to you and no refunds will be made.
