In case of severe swelling in the hock area at first, it is recommended to use Incrediwear Equine Circulation Hoof Socks applied upside down and pulled up on the hock to reduce swelling before applying Circulation Hock Boot. In case of severe swelling, Circulation Hock Boot can create extra pressure points. If swelling increases after using Incrediwear Equine Circulation products, please contact your veterinary service immediately, since it might point to blockage or other issues affecting the normal flow of blood or lymph circulation.
